ok guys thx for your help case closed seller give me bunch of 3b plus boards for testing and the first one boot screen straight away on Nintendo Switch cable and lastest version of the system and my tv so the first board was just faulty
In fact another 2 board have same issues![:D]( "Very Happy")
so out of 5 only 2 have working hdmi ![:P]( "Razz")
Is this normal that boards are starting from rainbow screen then flash 2 times and then it works![:D]( "Very Happy")

wonder how i can test if further is there any way for diagnostics dose pins and connectors without hardware for it![:D]( "Very Happy")
