There are lots of books on how to get started with Raspberry Pi and intermediate books and advanced books but I have never found one that is helpful when it comes to video processing. I'm a relative beginner and have used the intro books for some basic projects but my main interest is in using the Pi for stereoscopic vision - specifically stitching two camera outputs into one side by side frame to create a true stereo image and also taking the output of a thermal camera and duplicating it into to two side by side identical streams to give a false stereoscopic view when looking at thermal images..
I have pulled bits of code from various examples found on line but what I really need is an intro to video on the pi followed by and intermediate book or online course expanding on that.
Ideas and sources welcome.
