Hi, the display: line says:

display: DISP0: HDMI HPD=1 EDID=ok #2 DISP1: HPD=0 EDID=none #0

That looks fine. What power supply and hdmi cable are you using?
Is it a direct cable, or micro-hdmi to hdmi adaptor?

A guess would be the TV is advertising 4kp60 but the cable is not capable of it.

With the new driver to force a resolution you want to edit cmdline.txt (rather than config.txt).
Try addingto cmdline.txt (on existing line).
