Probably not: the old keys will stick around unused. If there's a problem, ssh/scp will warn you about a key conflict, and perhaps even give you a helpful command to delete the bad key.Would I need to delete the keys on the Mac first? Or will ssh-copy-id over-write the old ones automatically?
I'd be more worried about stuff living in your Raspberry Pi's /root/.ssh that probably shouldn't
