"low budget workstation mode" is obviously when I'm using the pi as a regular desktop computer for simple tasks like internet, mail, documents and multimedia.
"streaming services mode" is when I'm watching Netflix, Disney Plus and other streaming services to watch TV shows, movies and any other video content.
I would like to have the login screen on both the monitor and the TV because if, for example, I want to watch something on Netflix on the second screen and the first one is set as main, I have either to temporarily turn on the first screen for login and open chromium on the second one, or "blindly" typing the password before opening the browser; if I was the last user it's simple, but if another user logged in before it's slightly more complicated
