Good morning everyone, I have a Raspberry 4 which worked perfectly until I connected it to a touch monitor via the USB port, I powered both the monitor and the Raspberry with the correct power supplies but nothing was turned on (the manufacturer of the monitor ensures that both power supplies can be connected....also because it only powers the Raspberry, also having a 2.5 HD connected to the USB port, the Raspberry but underpowered).
On the Raspberry 4 the red light comes on and the green one flashes quickly but it doesn't load anything, it's like this even without an SD card, you can't see anything at all, all black.
Note that by making the same connections with a Raspberry 3 everything works normally.
Should I assume that the Raspberry 4 has broken down irremediably or is there still some testing to do?
Thank you
