Every manufacturer of dielectrical coolant is using the same ingredient (Mineral Oil) and the mineral oil dissolve these things overtime.

That is completely untrue, there are many varieties of immersion fluid and mineral oil is the least liked for many applications for the reason you state, but its cheap so people cut corners and use it, which in turn can prove to be a false economy.

Mineral oils can be further refined and stabilised to help them be less destructive but that adds cost whilst still not matching the advantages of other substances. IE a mineral oil is not the ideal product, a cheaply produced mineral oil is worse.
