Hello, I own a raspberry pi pico and a rpi pi 3b+ and I wonder if there is any way to get video input from RCA and convert it to HDMI output. I didn't find anything online.
The Pico has no video input. Or output for that matter (though it is possible with some additional hardware).
The 3B+ also has no video input. You could add a USB video capture device accepts RCA (composite video?) then use sutiable video capture software to display that on the Pi's screen (or whatever screen/device you have connected to the HDMI port).
