The problem is solved. And this issue is as old as mammoth dung.
I found the solution in these two discussions from 10 years ago:

To this day, no one has bothered to fix this issue in the modules.
In /boot/firmware/config.txt, the oscillator parameter must be multiplied by 2. This solves the problem of error messages:
