I have an RPiZero 2w with the latest image of Bookworm Lite 32 bit and all updates applied.
I got as far as "rpi-connect on" cmd when using the RPi with monitor and keyboard etc, but could not find anything in the official document about how to sign into my RPI Account within the official documentation.
Searched around the web and finally someone suggested using "rpi-connect signin" which gave me the message to verify from a different web site, which I did and it all worked, the new Zero was then added to my account.
However, after several Zero power down's etc etc I noted that the system was no longer showing as active on my RPI Connect account web page.
Discovered that the "rpi-connect on" command is not permanent ie it needs to be resubmitted to get the Account page to show that the Zero is connected, interestingly the "RPI-connect signin" appears to transcend all resets of the Zero so this command is not needed again.
I also tried using SSH to reinput the "rpi-connect on" command which worked but as soon as I came of the terminal window which I used to set up the SSH link the Zero was not showing as active from my account info page again....
So 2 questions where in the documentation is the "rpi-connect signin" cmd explained, please? and why isn't the "rpi-connect on" cmd able to transcend power off's etc of the RPI Zero2W
Thanks
Johnw
