Beginners • No green light, whatever I try, only red

I have a brand new RPI5 (after installing 4 RPI4's a year ago)
I installed the heatsink, but whatever I try, I can't get it started.
-different PSU's
-with or without SD card

I press the powerbutton next to the red light, but nothing happens, fubar?
