Then something else with that charger.Also, the RPI 4b problem was user error, I was underpowering the piI only mentioned commonalty because I would think it very unusual for 2 Pi to fail in such a short period of time.
I have over a dozen Pi and the only one (a 1B) to fail over the years was user error (I stepped on it), I'm not saying your issues didn't happen but perhaps look closer to home for problems?

Maybe it was not an underpowering issue, it can also be a RPI shop.cz issue, as that's my go-to stop for electronics
Under powering a Pi 4B would not cause a PMIC problem.
The charger i was using to power the pi 4b actually exploded on me not long ago while charging my phone,
