Use a double pole switch/button?

Common grounds to Pi, one pole to each Pi in their +ve line.

Oh, and about the only way you'll get 10 volts is if you connect the two outputs in series: +ve of first output to -ve of second, +ve of second to Pi -ve of pi to -ve of first output. Your powerbank won't be happy with that and will, hopefully, be protected against it.
Would it break anything if I use a single pole button with 2 grounds on each pole?
Can you draw a schematic of your proposal? A DPDT switch is what you need. Unless your power bank has a button on it, but you didn't reply regarding that.
