Well, you're going to have to do your own experiments, but you're off to a promising start.

I'd be inclined to buy two of the 150W power supplies instead of the 120W versions. Your calculations are correct, and 20% headroom is reasonable. You most likely will not have all the LEDs on 100% at any time, but more headroom is better, assuming it doesn't cost much more.

Presumably you will buy three 5m strips, and cut one to extend two of them to approximately 6.71m each?

If you are adding additional wires for power distribution alongside the strips make sure they have sufficient current carrying capacity. Also, make sure you get some airflow - the LEDs can get quite warm, especially at full brightness. They're also painful to look at directly, so be careful when you are testing them.

One thing you can do is bounce the light off a white panel, strip, or wall. This has the additional benefit of blurring the distinction between the individual LEDs, and the individual RGB dies. You can also fit frosted plastic in front of the LEDs to diffuse the light.
