Any chance of a RaspberryPi 5 in ITX form factor?

I would doubt it. Credit card size is a USP of Raspberry Pi SBC's. The closest we'll probably ever get is a CM5 on a CM5IO board or a Pi 500 motherboard.

I can foresee all manner of reasons for Raspberry Pi rejecting the idea of an ITX motherboard.

Not least that you could install Raspberry Pi Desktop for PC and MAC or Debian on almost any ITX board if that's what you wanted.

But never say never.
