Got the sequence, though it is weird.
Starting from default config.txt and cmdLine.txt:

- I add to cmdLine.txt

video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080@60D- then reboot => OSD warning
- then add this to config.txt

hdmi_group=1hdmi_mode=16- then reboot => OSD warning
- then add this to config.txt
Code:
hdmi_force_hotplug=1- then reboot => startup logo, then OSD warning
- then reboot again => OSD warning but no more startup logo
