This is a very bad description of the problem
1) what OS do you have
2) is it always like that or have you installed/upgraded something
3) Do you have a normal power supply
4) Do you have. a good SD card?
5) do you see what process caused that (top, htop)
....
There are plenty of resources on this forum or the internet that can point you to the way of debugging your system
