I think the dimensions are 8.9 x 8.95 mm (or thereabouts), but I suspect it is unlikely that anyone sells a bandpass filter to your 'spec' in exactly that size.
Thorlabs, Edmundoptics and other companies will typically have circular ring-mounted filters with the right centre wavelength and FWHM.
If your optical system in front of the HQ sensor has sufficient clearance an option might be to use one of these unmodified circular items in an available space in the system, e.g mounted to the HQ sensor in the 'back focal space' between sensor and lens?
If you need to use the existing filters rectangular mount space then Knightoptical, (and no doubt others), offer a customisation option where the filter can be cut down to size and edge protected.
