The UART log shows nothing of the boot-uart which would be set if BOOT_UART=1 was set in the EEPROM config.

Could you have flashed a different EEPROM image by mistake?
Additionally, the posted log is a Linux log so either secure-boot is working or it's never been enabled or it's a different board?
