With Pi 3/4 I was able to issue a command like below and it woould work fine. With Pi 5 the size portion of the command works but the offset no longer has an effect. The windows just starts at center screen. Am I missing something? Could there be a bug?
Edit: This is a fresh install from the image creator with the recommended 64-bit image.
