I guessed the middle plastic bar but that was only a guess.
For removing multi-pin connectors and things from PCB with a typical soldering iron I have always found the best way is to destroy them completely, cut everything away until there are just pins or legs left soldered to the PCB which can then be unsoldered one at a time.
If one port of the two port socket still works, I might consider it safer to leave alone than end up with neither working due to damaged PCB pads when removing.
