If you mean the keyboard layout then sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration should let you find one that matches the Mac and once selected a reboot or sudo service keyboard-setup restart

You may also need to change the locale (number / date etc layout for country) - use sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales for that.

WiFi may not work - I've got a standard Debian install on a 2012 Mac mini here at the mo and added the Wifi support with apt install broadcom-sta-dkms -y - this keeps itself up to date with apt as per other packages fine.

If you have a few Macs around the house I've found Netatalk still solid for AFP shares (and the security holes noted by Debian have been addressed) but most folk have moved to Samba as Apple are dropping AFP (you cannot create new shares from El Cap IIRC but can still access them even in Sonoma 14.5 fine).
