Yes I have the same issue!!
Pi 5, 64 gb SD card. Tried multiple cards multiple cables.
Works fine with Raspberry OS but with flashed HA 12.4 from raspberry imager the Ethernet lights go out and don’t even turn on so my router doesn’t recognize it.
Home Assistant please update!
