Not just cost: you can't integrate it into any project that connects to designated federal infrastructure in the USA. That might not seem much, but having a product that you can't integrate and sell to many corporate users in the USA is something to be avoided.... the RockPi is a bit ahead of the Pi5 but hasn't made great inroads because of cost
