Shares appear to be settling at around 365p to 370p so what went wrong - how comes the IPO raised only £166 million at 280p when it looks like it could easily have raised £215 million at 365p ?
Seems to me, that by undervaluing the stock, they lost out on £50 million they could easily have had, gifted that £50 million to shareholders.
Perhaps that was the intent ?

Raspberry Pi said the listing would raise £166 million.
Kathleen Brooks, research director at XTB, said the listing was a “warm welcome” from investors. It is also a decent payday for the company’s founders and directors."
