what are the data that you may need? I can try to provide it.Yeah. I do think we have at least solved the mechanism of the more common crashes by separating the power supplies. It certainly helped. But uncommon cases won't give up their secrets so easily. I still remember the case of one of the RPi models crashing due to camera flash. MCUs are rarely perfect, and MCUs of other companies have decades of experience to draw from to bolster their reliability.
Without a serious bit of troubleshooting, any new suggestion is no more than a guess -- unless someone has encountered a similar problem previously and chimes in. But it does not seem like others are eager to jump in and comment in this thread.
Useful data would be really valuable, without which I doubt it can be resolved. Make a list of suspects. Design experiments to eliminate the suspects. Think of it like git bisect, binary searching to find the bug. I think there is something there, but it's uncommon, and I doubt anyone here is a wizard who can guess correctly the problem without the aid of more data.
