Try connecting the TV to the miniHDMI socket closest to the power socket.

In my case it is connected to Hdmi 0, the nearest to the power socket

the picture says something different! There is no screen connected to HDMI-0, which is the output next to USB-C. But, you have a screen connected to HDMi-1
