Raises a new question, though: why isn't the box checked by default?
If you check that box it's no longer a 'real' 1:1 copy as the UUID is different.
You will be able to find plenty of information on UUID and what it can be used for.
With the Pi5 now able to be installed from network (by holding down SHIFT key when powering on) there is another method for setting up a fresh system on a NVMe.
With a bottom attached NVMe adapter blocking the USD I would recommend to change boot order to 0xf164.
uSD is least choice, USB is to be used when the NVMe installation got messed up beyond recoverability.
