For the pi as a server, install Raspberry Pi OS 64-bit with desktop onto it. Then enable VNC server on it. In the other 2 rooms, use (say)a Laptop or PC, install VNC viewer on it and connect via the WiFi to the Pi. It will show the Pi screen. Repeat in the other room. It too will show the same screen.
