Support for Arducam's modules largely has to come from them as a 3rd party vendor.
Both inappropriate. start_x=1 enables the legacy camera stack, which doesn't support imx519. dt-blob isn't an overlay.
If you've connected to CAM0, then have you also added jumpers to J6 to connect i2c-0 to it (and DISP0)?
imx519 is supported by libcamera only. I know nothing about Lineage OS, but ensure you're not trying to use the legacy camera stack (raspistill/raspivid etc).
